Hammer Law Firm, PLC was founded by David L. Hammer and Angela C. Simon in 1988 as a general practice law firm focused on litigation.

Our firm has grown and our practice areas have expanded to offer a variety of legal services to our clients in the tri-state area and beyond. Hammer Law Firm is located in downtown Dubuque just blocks away from the courthouse. We offer a hands-on approach that is tailored to the needs of our clients.

Our team has roots in the community and we believe in giving back by donating time and services to non-profit groups and community organizations.
